Ive done searchs on this and Im confused as crap! Is it still the people they had announced doing it? When the hell is it on?! What channel? I thought it had started already?

It hasn't started already, it'll be on NBC starting mid 2009, and the announcers will still be Carolla, Foust and Stromer.

Top Gear Australia started already, and has aired 4 episodes so far. That's probably the confusion.
