Your order will ship out tomorrow and you should have it on Friday via USPS Priority.

Ok Mr Baggie what the heck is up with the email i got on thursday saying my part had just shipped. If the part had arived by friday as you said it would, everything would have been fine, but i have little use for the parts after friday. If you had been honest about this when i emailed you on last tuesday then i could have cancled my order and gotten the part elsewhere. So if the part trully did ship on the 5th and you lied to me thx for hosing me and, i will make sure you nvr get another sale period. How hard is it to put 2 small oring seals into a box with a lable and ship them or even better let you customer know that you dont have what they ordered.

sorry for the ranting thread but i wanted to vent and encourage you guy to not do business with these people.

i dont get it... here are your dates:

As I see it, your shipped within a business week which is perfectly acceptable for any online store. Did you pay for priority shipping or rush processing?

We sublease an office from a large e-commerce business and I see them operate first-hand. They fulfill about 40-60 orders per day and they usually ship orders within 3-4 days after they receive them.

Oh, and www.trademotion.com is not an e-commerce company, they are software development company that sold their e-commerce website software to whoever you bought those seals from.

If you were really too ******* lazy to type out some of those words and actually used internet preteen short-type...then I hope he spews a load in your package and sends it three weeks late.

Honestly, do you think a lot of these "parts companies" actually have inventory? It's not like NAPA/PepBoys/Vato Zone...these places just play the middle-man when sourching parts. If you know you need it on time, get it from a dealership.

That is the link to a dealership in North Carolina, Montgomery Mazda in Charlotte to be exact. Yes the ************* need to be honest with there inventory or i have no intention of doing business with them, I didnt go to Rosenthal becouse they screwed up my adress on the order last time and it took another 3 days to process my **** to me. The only mazda dealer we had in town closed up shop the day i first pulled my motor literaly. Why is it in todays society its perfectly acceptable to other people to sit and wait through unfufilled promises and missed deadlines? Punctual/factual>everything in business the week lead time is not what is out of the ordinary it is the fact that they sturng me along when i could have sourced the part ontime somewhere else had i know what the **** there situation was. Wich is Bull ****.

you're not a shop, you're an individual. welcome to the real world. if you cutoff dealers because of a screwup here or a screwup there, you'll never find a place to buy from. as a business owner, ive been dealing with this for YEARS.. its called **** HAPPENS. some of my customers dont understand words like back-order, delays, etc etc.. they think you place and order and the **** just materializes instantly.

no offense but seriously, you cant expect that type of bargain-price reliability from any vendor.. your best bet is to pay your local dealership and deal with their LIST pricing. if youre friendly (the opposite of being a dick), then you may get lucky if they lower the price a tiny bit for you and are competitive with other vendors. try to be more understanding

ps: think of the reality, that bigger shops like body shops order thousands at a time... whereas your calling and complaining about a crank seal. i personally dont support the mentality for treating larger orders as a higher priority... but guess what.. in the real world:
5,000.00 USD body shop repair order > 10.00 USD private sale crank seal

It was an email snafu the parts arrived but where to big to be of use, I didnt exppect the part to materialize but I did expect more communication when i asked about back order etc just leaveing people in the dark is BS. Anyone who has ever dealt with me before knows i dont just cause random drama but i expect a little communication. What i got is definately not a crank seal for 1992 1.6.# is JE15-10-602A, the part i ordered was B3C7-10-602A but ima just eat this one and chalk it up to experience.

You stupid ***** that aren't dealing with MazdaSpeed Motorsports yet need to get your heads out of your asses. They don't **** up orders, they ship really really quickly, they always have all the little nuts and bolts and seals and **** that you didn't know you needed, and they are CHEAPER THAN EVERYONE ELSE for factory parts.

dont you have to spend a bunch of $ on racing to get that.
MOTORSPORTS SUPPORT

We're sorry. We are unable to sell parts to individuals racing outside of Mazda North American Operations territory.

We can only sell to people who can provide race results for races within the U.S, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. This does NOT include territories of those countries.

We suggest you contact your local Mazda Distributor about the possibility of motorsports support in your country.

The actual link is:

http://www.trademotion.com/storefron...&siteid=214264

Trademotion apparently is just providing hosting/site franchising for siteid 214264, which is Montgomery Mazda. I got my window regulators from them and they didn't screw anything up. Sucks about your seals though, but it happens to the best of them.

I know Jason personally. Stand up guy and they run a pretty solid program. **** happens sometimes with parts. Especially when you deal with so many customers.

Sucks the parts were wrong, but you can't judge them based on one transaction.

That said, use mazda motorsports, much cheaper. Take a picture of your car on jackstands...it is work in progress for an auto-x car.

yeah i was just mostly uber pissed cause it looked like i would be MIA on the atlanta meet do to more problems getting **** done but everything is sorted and i will push through. I apologized to jason and didnt even mention the part being wrong cause that is the fault of whomever set up his inventory and not him. He did exactly what he said he would do. His emails etc just made it seems like nothing was getting done within the timeline he stated. miscomunication sucks but happens

I honestly don't see any **** ups on seller's end. Your part shipped on fourth business day after order was placed which is perfectly acceptable and in fact could be considered fast. Of course it's not Summit Racing fast but it's also not Woot.com slow (or UrbanSoot slow.)
