I saw that too! It is a bit worrying thought that the only reason this one is left is because it was not flown. It would be badass to buy that then dump a few(maybe more than a few) million into it along with years of research and make that thing work, or just drive around and act like it works and just tell people that you could fly away if you wanted to, but it would blow their minds too hard.

 

with modern computers, sensors, and programming it could be made to work... i bet 10 intelligent people and $2M could do it. most of that money would be my salary though
