I have mine temporarily located in the same position. No noticeable increases in IATs. Then again this is highway/street logs and no track time.

The inlet and outlet for the oil are both at the bottom = fail!

Looks like a nice car but frankly, there are much spiffier Miatas out there. I guess that it is representative of the average nice turbo Miata.

It would be nice to see a big power miata featured in a magazine one day. Eliminator wrote that he might be selling his so hopefully he'll get it featured first...

I think that is the point of the article, Sal wrote in to the mag saying he is tired of seeing trailer queens, "lets see some real cars". So they said "Ok, show us yours".;)

As far as #'s go, If I remember correctly he is at 247whp. He let them drive it to the track, flog it, and drive it back. The objective of course, was to see what a "real" car is like. They gave it a favorable review.

I bet I could break it at the track though, lol.

Righteo. I was actually very impressed that the owner lent it to them for a track session. That was very cool. I do think it is pointless to read about show and no go cars. What's the point of building a motor/turbo/suspension if the functional value is bling?

Doppelganger, your pictures of dude's car look better than modified's ;)
