UPS update
Got a phone call at 6am...The claim I submitted yesterday has been approved! No inspection needed. I will be recieving a check shortly:fawk:

That finish panel was actually not cracked before Paul sent it. I was there when he boxed it up and sent it out.

at least they didn't entirely lose it... like fedex did with my RX7 diff. BTW, it hasn't just the spool section, i bought the whole unit housing and all. fedex lost the whole thing.
