Default Used turbo stuffs - yes or no?

package deal:

Used/rebuilt 2554 turbo
FM cast mani
FM downpipe (will need to sell cause its for an NB)
various stainless lines

Would it be stupid to pay $1,100 for this stuff?

It's a fair price. Not an awesome price, but fair. The various stainless lines sweeten the deal if you can use them.

Comparing to this:

I'm under the impression 2554 turbos cannot be rebuilt unless they are journal bearing. If it is not a GT2554, even less of a good deal.
