I paid 1,500 to ship a small sedan from California to Florida, took about two weeks.

And usually they do not show up on a specific date. They will provide an approx. as you know they are all over the states and weather and current weather during this season plays a big factor.

I had to leave, because I was moving out, and left the car and keys with a neighbor. Took a bunch of pictures, and included a newspaper showing the date, on some of them.

They are not going to steal anything from the car, all they want is cash money flow.

I paid more than that but less than $2,000. I don't recall the exact number and I negotiated a lower-than-normal rate due to referral and the fact that they had a truck in town with room for my car.

Like I said, mine came in a covered car carrier, great communication, arrived early and only took about 4 days to show up. I think it was a husband and wife team that took turns driving in order to arrive so quickly. Portland to Orlando.

I still think having Lars drive it is going to be the cheapest and easiest to track.

^^^ I've asked him to give me an outline/estimate. Eagerly awaiting his response.

No rush at all, Lars. I appreciate you considering this.
