dreamhost to do the hosting

be warned that cheap domain hosting is usually cheap for a reason but since we're private little jerks, so-so reliability is inconvenient but it wont cost you money.

I have Dreamhost.

Hate them with a passion. Nothing but server issues for the last 4 months. Some people have lost thousands of dollars because the server downtime that didn't get fixed for a week.

 

i'll reiterate the cheap hosting thing I said above. if I was running a business, i'd never use a rinkydink provider like DH. but for the price, it'll do my email and website.

they've actually been pretty responsive to me when i have issues.

 

Braineak that is not bad pricing at all.

i will have to look into that, there is a guy local that has a server, so I am talking to him about hosting and all but if that doesn't meet what i have to have it looks like that will.

Y8s you are correct about cheap hosting and I can't have a cheap site go down, cause if my site isn't running when I go to show my portfolio at school I will instantly fail.

 

Godaddy will do it for free I think if you let them put a advertising banner at the top.
