Default What should I do with my $

I am probably going to buy a begi kit when the tax man giveth my money back. I priced it out without the fmu and crossover because I am going to have an emu installed, an an intercooler and pipes.

So I am saving a little over $300 with the parts removed. what should I do?

edit: For some more info here, i am planning to buy a wideband, and **** around with the autotune, or maybe just play with other peoples maps on the emu for a while, while I save up some money to get the car tuned properly. I am shooting for anywhere from 180-220 whp(I know its a wide range, but I would be happy with 180 and 220 would be ****** nuts)

spool wise, I don't need instant spool, but it would be nice if it came on somewhere in the low 3's and hit peak boost(8-10 psi I assume) by 4 grand.

also wondering what spool will be like with those turbos?

(I know, "use the search function you ******* noob," but my grammar and punctuation are generally pretty good, im trying not to ask so many '******* noob' questions, and I promise when I install my emu, I will add a good, substantial post, with lots of pics not taken from my cell, that might even be stickyed[sp?])

How's the suspension on your car? Didn't see anything in your sig, but a set of KYBs might be $3-400 well spent!

first, go turbo, because any amount u think ur gonna spend, its always more,
stuff breaks, stuff stops working, or u need plain new stuff just because

there are members on here who will attest to the fact,
when you turbo, odd things happen, for no apparent reason, one members oil sender started acting funny, or a thermostat stops working, stupid little **** just starts happening
so save this money, because you don't know what life will hand you when you go turbo.

go turbo, and then **if** you have any money left over, we can continue this thread

sorry if i came across kind of like an *******, but some of this stuff happened to me personally, so i know

id say get the separated gases DP, with your goals you are ok with the 54 and you'll have spool all day long
once you want more power, you can save up money and upgrade the turbo itself then
get the kit, boost it, be happy!

I am with Nick93 on this one: HP is not all. Perhaps a rollbar or some nice suspension / brakes upgrades instead? Just my 0.02. I would probably have spent it on more track time.

I cant speak for rleete, but I got mine off ebay for a little over $300. I'm pretty sure it was the cheapest I could find them for.

I got mine from an ad on m.net. It's on there all the time, something like $265 plus shipping. He ships slowest method, so it takes about a week coast to coast, but they're brand new in sealed boxes.
