Who knows what this part of a C-clamp is called?

Who knows what this part of a C-clamp is called?
I'm working on designing a new machine at work and I could really use the bolt from a c-clamp (with the rotating piece that is pressed on the end). I cannot for the life of me find what the technical term is which is making it impossible for me to find it on McMaster or MSC. Anyone out there know what its really called or know where I can buy one.

A swivel leveling mount is what popped into my head. Not exactly what you are looking for though since it's missing the 'handle'.
