Cause of ppl like this. In case your wondering between runs romank and I put the top and windows up and locked the doors so people would stop talking to us.

haha well we didnt open the doors so we were safe. If the doors were unlocked they would just open it and **** would start spewing from their mouths.

I go to have fun and talk **** with my friends, like any sport event. Not to give others driving tips

 

yeah, I swear people want to talk cars all day long at events and gatherings. Its even worse at the Canyons these days, lots of wanna be racer kids so you can imagine the **** that spews.....Im so sick of "spectators" its not even funny.
maybe you get can giant rainbow magnent and slap it on when ya go...might thin the ranks

The event pissed me off as well. THe slalom instead of having one cone for each zig/zag they had 3 set up in a row.

autocross is ******* retarded. 8 hours wasted for 3 minutes of driving, **** that.

 

Im sure its cool if there's only like 20 people(freinds) and no stupied regulators or what not... some friends and I ,back in my rx7 days, use to use this boonhills parking lot and had a blast....good luck doing that nowa days though.....autocross is 2 step's above car meets, and 1 step above street races.......take ya pick :(

don't get me wrong they can be fun...I enjoy a nice romp around the cones and all. thanks to the population in my state theres alot of other people who like screeching around cones too. Hence the 8 hours for 4.30 minutes of drive time....its like loving coffee, and going to the coffee bar all day for a small coffee....I just need to build my own parking lot and buy **** loads of cones and play auto-x with myself......haha..

 

autocross is fun, i've noticed that those who suck at it will often swear it off and hate on it any chance they get.

the organizers really make a huge difference, i'm lucky to be part of the East TN region. we have a lot of very fast drivers for our size (several national-level competitors) and our events are really well organized. usually they take 5hrs and you get 6 runs. the only part that sucks is that pavement is really hard to find.

 

I'm surprised the guy in the picture isn't wearing Paris Hilton style sunglasses.

 

I like autocross too, but haven't done it in awhile because Augusta sucks.

Luckily I've never met anyone like.. that.. autocrossing.

 

i was an organizer for a few years.

it's true, autocross sucks. all the bitchers, everyone just wants to drive.

 

Why autocross sucks:
It's the lapdance of motorsports competition
afternoon rungroup in 110* stockton
4 drivers in one car !die ************* die!

and lastly
Grid directors who gesture you along like your a ******* moron and cant follow the car in front of you. I hate you people, you're worthless, you choose that job because not working would give you a scratch for the day
