The heat comes off of the radiator. Corky has all sorts if ideas for insulating this tube. Turbo hose, double pipes, heat wrap...

Instead of just talking about it - why not just install temperature senors at the IC inlet and outlet and then the TB inlet? This is much easier than just discussing theory for pages and pages.... seems like a slam dunk to me
