You're an even bigger geek than I am. And that's a lot.

I've yet to see anything on there so far worth a fawk. Those 'netbooks' weren't even worth the asking. $225+5 for a refurb when you can get a brand new one online for 279$?

Yeah, their deals have gotten pretty crappy. There are some good things that pop up from time to time, though. Most of the time it's just useless junk.

Damn- I'd have gotten a pair (or more) of those if they did AAA...

More to the point, I have yet to score a bandoleer o' carrots.

For good deals that are all year long, at prices that are unmatched, and even some that are just stupid cheap......ebay FTMFW.

I'm checking this "woot" business out now. Seems like a good idea, but pointless for those that already know where to get stuff on the cheap.

I actually hate woot solely on the grounds that my mother thinks it's awesome and sends me 10 links a day to **** I don't need at a less-than-stellar price.

Check out microcenter if you want a local Sata drive. I think i paid $130 for my 1.5tb drive over a year ago at MicroCenter. So I would assume they are even cheaper now.
