Yeah I was gonna say, the only way you could make the system work would be to drive separate pistons on steam from the exhaust heat by product. Even then it wouldn't be something you'd run on the block itself. It could be a really weird funky way to run the accessories though. No parasitic loss? course...it'd be heavy and you'd have to wait for the car to warm up.

BMW's been working on a system like that already, last I read they were trying to shave weight from it. Their idea was to drive a turbine with steam.
