This is what I ended up getting, and I'm actually pretty damn happy with it:
It fits all my criteria. Only 15k miles. Gets badass gas mileage (~35 mpg highway). Very reliable. Low maintenance. And I got a hell of a deal on it. I guess I sell Kias, so now I can tell people I actually own one... lol

330i ZHP. 6speed manual. 20cty/30hwy. I average 26-27mpg in mine.
Good balanced of sport and practicality.
Maintenance wise they aren't too bad, if you do the maintenance yourself. Parts are reasonably priced.
