For staff: This guy deserves a +2 at least. We had a small mix up (he pm'ed me his paypal address with an extra character) and he didn't get the money. But he contacted me and we worked it out. A lesser person could have jumped to conclusions, thinking I was screwing him and made a scene. I really appreciate his patience and integrity. He packed well and shipped quick enough for me. The key here was communication.
