Dan and I came to an agreement on this car (SEE 91 TURBO MIATA 2500 in classifieds here). I confirmed I would be buying it. He sent me the vin # so I could put it on my insurance and pick the care up today. Dan said for 50 more bucks, he would take it to his BMW dealership he works at, and get it aligned for me. I agreed to that as well.He also told me I needed a new battery and wide band, so I bought both. I also ordered a few little things for it off ebay. We set a time for me and a fellow Miata racer to get the car and pay the man. Everything was a go...Price-Pickup-done deal right? WRONG
Then sells it someone else this morning. The conversation I have on my phone text it will truly astonish you. So, I will be posting the full agreement. He even asked my permission to show it yesterday. He said I still have first right refusal, in writing. Then he shows it his neighbor, and proceeds to agree to now sell it to him. I already INSURED THIS CAR AND BOUGHT PARTS VIA HIS WORD. I've been a Subie owner and racer for years, and decided I wanted to go Miata. I've waited and waited till I found the car, and in VA as well. Is this how Miata guys treat each other? Is this how dudes roll on this forum? This has never, ever happened to me before, and not with my fellow Subie owners. I wonder what all my Miata buddies in Tidewater Sports Car Club are gonna think about this? Don't worry It will be shared far and wide. My first week in Miata land has not been very encouraging to say the least. Dan "DirtyBoost" Wienberger, you are not a man to be trusted, ever.:lo ser:: fawk::jerk it:

Please let me know if TRUSTWORTHY has a decent Miata for sale. Thanks
