Good communication, we finally settled on a price and shipping/insurance options. Paid right away, I shipped it a day later than I hoped to but he was ok with it. Fed Ex dinged him with US to Canada fees even though we paid them a bundle of money and insurance. He was not happy (just like all of us have felt in that situation) about it but paid them their ransom and he gave me quick feedback.
Would deal with again for sure!
