We agreed on price. I sent money. He said he would ship next day. Then refunded money and said he sold locally for more. He has nothing in the post saying it was for sale locally and even if he did he told me I had a deal.
Just not the right way to do business. He did return all my money so he is not a thief but I will not deal with him again
