Injectors not as discribed-will not take return-too late to submit to paypal...

Purchased what were discribed as 750cc high impedance injectors that turned out to be low impedance 550cc injectors that I couldn't use. I waited more than 45 days to try to install them so Paypal will not do anything about it. Asked to be refunded for injectors if I returned them and he told me, no. I'm just scewed $250 unless I can sell them or he decides to do the right thing...
