I brought my car to his house for him to help me with a few minor mods, since I didn't have the tools/facilities/know how to do them.
He was very methodical, clean, and wanted to do things the right way the first time. We had a great time, and I believe I met a good friend.
There were a few problems that surfaced, and as soon as I contacted him, he was eager to make things right. It was nothing major, but he treated it with the utmost of urgency and even stole a bolt from his own car to replace one that fell off (oops!).
I am very pleased with my experience working with him, and hope to do more in the future.
