After we agreed on a price he started taking bids for more money, after a nasty email from me he agreed to sell the item to me for more than we agreed originally. Very happy he did, but is just wasn't right how it all went down. He is a new seller and he did do the right thing in the end so I went ahead and gave pos feedback.
