I paid for the manifold on 5/14/14 to the email address specified in a PM. Several days later, after hearing nothing I emailed the Paypal email used and asked.

I got a reply in a couple days telling me "we're busy and will ship it later this week and will send you details". OK....

A few days later no manifold and no details so another email goes out. I get a reply "the manifold shipped and expect it this week". I email back asking for proof of shipment and tracking information. Nothing....

Each day after that I ask for further information and have gotten no communication of any sort since him saying "expect it this week".

It's now 16 days since payment and I've started a Paypal claim process. The buyer has yet to even answer that.

So, I've paid $285 to a guy in the UK who has my money and I have no manifold to show for it.

PM me and I'll give you his physical address and business name.

Update: Seller sent UPS tracking information on 6/2/14 so item should be en route.

As of 6/5/14 UPS tracking shows the item to be in transit. I will provide feedback on arrival and condition of the item once it gets here.

This is being done to close the feedback loop in fairness to the seller.

The manifold was delivered to my house on 6/6/14. Their was minor damage to a TB stud and vent tubes caused by inferior packaging (there was a rip in the package and one of the tubes was sticking out and was bent over).

Other than that the item was "as described by the seller".

So, this matter is now closed
