The only reason I would go to the Gap, would be to see other enthusiasts. There are plenty of twisty roads around the house (South Mountains). When I find my self around Deals Gap, and want a spirited drive, I drive right past the turn off and keep heading west. I frequent Murphy, N.C. I know most of the law enforcement there, and know all the wrecker owners, so no matter how bad my drive ends I probably won’t get a ticket or a big recovery bill.

Well its getting closer and closer. Anyone have any ideas on a possible mt.net meet?

We could meet at Fontana damn in that lil circle area at 5 on saturday. It usually stays cool up there and is easy to get to.

Anyone else with an idea? Any other conflicting events with that time?

Got some new vendors, including Shaikh from Fat Cat Motorsports. Dave and Ivy will be back again from DDM Works and several more.

Starting to get the calendar for july planned... putting this one down. I dont have to work that weekend. Ill be there.

 

I'll be there with some other Crazy Canadians. This will be eight straight (years).

 

We're now just 24 days from MATG XIII.

The scavenger hunt is completed and ready to go. Prizes have been posted on the MATG forum.

The Saturday lunch has been set up as has a professional photographer for the Dam Photo.

There's a new vendor signed on for this year (he has a long drive!).

And I'm ready to be there now!!!
