A few months ago this guy started up this meet every Thursday night, Just a little 2 hour meet where people come and show of their rides, I took my miata down there the week before it blew up on me and it was more popular then I thought. I have gone may times with my friend in his 350z Nismo, and have seen a lot of nice cars, Some guy brings his GT-R every week and every so often people roll up in lambos and Ferrari. If you are in the North San Diego area I would recommend checking it out. Heres the Facebook page with some picks of the cars that show up.

The time is wrong on that page thought its from 8pm till about 10pm, I think it would be awesome to see some more miatas there.

 

Hmm. Encinitas is just down the road from me.

Judging by the pictures, the group seems to be a tad rice-heavy. Aside from the tacos, are there any serious redeeming values to the meet?

 

It is some what a lot of ricers but there is a large group of guys with some Datsuns, and a few guys with some nice e30's.

Redeeming values? ummm I would say the only one is that a lot of these guys know what they are talking about when it. People are willing to help out and give you ideas for your car.

 

Ill be there next week seeing how I am getting my car back tomorrow. Would love to see some more miatas there.

hmmm might have to check this out when i'm down in SD. sounds like a legit meet compared to some of the ones i run into around my area
