That has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever seen. I saw maybe 2 that looked like real accidents. The rest looked intentional. And the people getting hit... I would blame the pedestrian.

unlike here, you can BUY a license in russia which most people do because its so ******* corrupt that its actually cheaper to buy a license then it is to actually pass the test.

oh, and regarding pedestrians - if you get hit by a car in russia, you better get the hell out of there until driver gets out and beats the **** out of you. and no, im not kidding.
