303,000 miles on stock turbo!
Be Sure to check your oil supply line when the new one goes in> Ive seen multiple of Volvo turbos just like that with half as many miles on them. We associate it with coked and sludged engines creating poor flow to the turbo. No lubrication eats the bearings away.
We make it a requirement at the dealer, (sell a turbo, they must replace the oil supply line, or NO WARRANTY)
Just my 2 cents. Goodluck with the rebuild. go for 500

Every time I get in that car of yours, I get nervous about breaking down. I've spend too many nights lying the seat down in my vw's to sleep, waiting on a tow truck.
