I adjusted the saturation and contrast some in the first one. Second one is the normal shot with normal color. Let me know what you think...and if you know any good pshop tutorials/guides throw up the link. Took me like 20 minutes to do this :(

Something I used to be bad about was setting the saturation and contrast too high, and I thought it looked good, but really it made the pictures look a bit too fake. I also was bad about doing "cooler" colors, but now my eyes prefer natural and warm tones. Pictures and car look good otherwise. Natural colors are always better though, in my opinion. I guess it all depends on how the camera is set up as to what needs to be done post.

Looks like you pulled saturation and added contrast like I did in this pic but you didn't pull as much saturation:
