Looks like the boost hits like a wall :).

Nice car man!

viperormiata Feb 21, 2011 12:15 AM

Man that sounds nice. Can you post some pics of your setup?

What rear end are you using with the 6 speed?

18psi Feb 21, 2011 12:21 AM

Hauls ass. Nice setup

wes65 Feb 22, 2011 12:07 AM

I will snap some pics when I'm working this week. I'm using the 4.10 rear. It is a handful for sure, lots of shifting.

Here's some more videos. Count the shifts on the drag strip video. 6th gear crossing the traps.

I did a lot of adjusting on my boost controller but usually between 17-19psi.

Lots of timing.

Stock fuel pressure, 550cc injectors.

18psi Feb 25, 2011 10:52 AM

Holy shit:eek5:
That is a ton of timing in boost.

out of boost though most of us run ~40 or so. could probably bump that up.
Thanx for posting the spark map. I'm always dying to see other e85 cars spark maps

dgmorr Feb 25, 2011 11:02 AM

Wow, that must be almost 10 degrees more than me under boost.

Braineack Feb 25, 2011 11:05 AM

build a motor with low compression pistons and you too can have more advanced spark.
