To replace them with urethane?

miatauser884 05-05-2010 09:50 AM

yes, I will replace them with urethane. I read debates as to which is better. Urethane can be noisy is what i have read. Worst case scenerio is that I hate them and I buy 949 endlinks. I wasn't abouit to spend $70 haveing the old pressed out and urethan pressed in. That's almost half way to the 949 endlinks.

Well, I did the exact same thing... and ended up with the 949 links because the NA stock links SUCK! I got fed up with the binding, loosening nuts because of binding, then the broken link from the binding...

Works well. $17 after 20% off at harbor freight. Feels like a normal (cheap) harbor freight product. Drop it once and it will probably break.

That's why I bought a $15 mapp torch from sear's on clearance. I've never actually tried the burning bushings out, looks a lot easier than pressing them out though
