thats my hardtop, and my friend steve's mariner
I did my HT because it was 3 different colors, and woulda cost 200$ at maaco, and i didn't wanna rattle can it. |
I could definitely get used to the idea of using it to hide chrome. I like it over the frankenstein bolt plates. But it would be out of place on a silver car like mine, and out of place on my car in general.

I am very happy how it turned out and i pretty much measured it perfectly and did not have much waste. And btw all the stuff that you end up cutting off can still be used later for other stuff even if you crumble it together. Here are a few pics and a video i took with my Ipod Nano. I actually cant believe how good the video quality is. I did try to wrap the turn signal intakes and it did notnwork too good. Because the middle part is soo deep I could not get the vinyl to go deep inside the vent. I will try it to do in two pieces and se how that turns out.

This looks so awesome, no pics of a hardtop yet? That hood looks great.

Everything has turned out way better than I expected. Very surprised. Keep up the good work, you have me interested in this stuff now too!

Wow...I think that would look great if you did the center console as well.
