How do the e30s and speed3 compare to the miata as a track toy? I still want to build an e30 if I ever get bored with the miata (not any time soon for sure). That 2014 mazada3 is damn tempting as my first new car purchase as a daily.

 

Never tracked the Speed 3 since it was fail wheel drive, with some tuning it could be great. Fix the rear engine mount, intake/exhaust/tune/HPFP upgrade, big rear sway, sticky tires........stock brakes were pretty amazing.

E30 is essentially a heavier, more powerful Miata with MacStruts and Semi-rear trailing arm setup. If you wanted to build one as a fun daily, they are great for that. If you want a track car, I'd stick with an E30.

Car did well for having just be put back together less than 12 hours before hand...and being on brand new tires...which are the Federal 595 EVO....and are damn good cheap tires lol.

It has V-maxx suspension, OEM hardtop sprayed black with matching window frame, 949racing UL's and a GV lip. It has a TR lane rollbar en Lotus seats.
