It has tags from Puerto Rico on it, of that helps explain anything. We've got lots of Puerto Rican ricers in Tampa and they have a great fondness for really cheap, flimsy body kits and fart cans. They also tend to favor riding on bumpstops with stock steelies for some odd reason.

 

I can confirm the validity of this statement. Every time I drive there's a cloud of these gnats trying to race.

Except I'm pretty sure that this blue one is all custom. Unless the Erebuni catalog got it on with some past year Erebuni catalogues and is now selling inbred kits like this. Yes, someone went to a lot of hand work to put all of this ugly together.

This poor car makes all the previous "Ugliest Miata Ever"s jealous.
