Default Sea Of Cones...

I like autocrosses with a stingy cone budget. This course hit your tax dollars too hard though. At least the cop can handle his bike quite well.

Never ceases to amaze me on what they can do on those bikes. I've been riding for 6 years and I can see that what they do takes a long time to master.

Oh, BTW it's a competition. I doubt your tax dollars go towards that.

All I know is…other than basics like roads which I use…my tax money leaves forever as far as my personal world goes.

I thought cops were not supposed to be in uniform driving publicly owned police vehicles on their free time. Meaning that the guy is on the clock…not sure though.

I don't know a whole lot about motorcycles... But from what I understand harleys are some of the most expensive, heaviest, least reliable and slowest motorcycles you can buy. Their owners generally choose them for comfort and style right? Comfort and style are things that I think should be low-ish on the priority list for public funds. Its pretty easy to see some value in police motorcycles... but why do they have to be harleys? To waste our money and remind us that v-twin motorcycles aren't subjected to noise ordinances? Pisses me off.

^^lol let's put some copers on R1's and see how that works out. Harleys are American, they can be reliable, but typically you are just paying for the name on the side gas tank. And they sound like ****.

Damn that's impressive no matter who is paying for it. And cops around here ride Honda ST1300s...quiet so they can sneak up on you.

Exaclty. Ammmerrrica. Our local PD are starting to ride BMW R1200RT's and Kawi Concours. Harleys are more practical for city riding with the seating position. All the highway bikes here are either BMW's or Kawis.
