Yes, another Miata for the graveyard. Thank you ******* mini van driver for not looking in your blind spot. Mini van driver moved into my Dad's lane, my dad moved to avoid him and hit some loose gravel in the shoulder causing him to spin. Luckily no other cars were involved. This just happened today, so now my Dad and I need to decide if we should try and salvage it, get another NB or just move on to an NC. More than likely we'll get another NB, so stand by for a massive part out.

No the mini van driver did not stop.

My dad says the front end is pushed to the passenger side about 1", the pass fender now rubs the pass door and the hood latch is pushed over.

Sorry for your loss. My old NA was recently taken from me while I slept. He hit my Jeep in the rear and it hit my Miata. I have a really nice Warn bumper and winch so it killed my Miata. The guy drove his Volvo around the corner and called it in stolen like a coward.

Sorry to hear, its a shame the insurance company can't get involved....
I keep telling myself I won't avoid the next "not at fault" accident...but instinct always kicks in and I end up avoiding it.
