Default 10 lb/whp vs. Boston winter

I'm picking up my first ever Miata this weekend, a 1991 Silverstone, turbocharged with intercooler.

My plans for it are to hit as many track days as possible this summer. To better serve that purpose, I'm hoping to bring it in under the 10 lb/whp mark (driver included).
Immediate plans are:
Ditch the PIAAs
Megasquirt (in the mail!) and tune
Lightweight seats
Some acceptably wide wheels + rubber (rolling on stockers right now, not the enkeis)

The photos:

I live in Somerville and work in Lynn. I see quite a few Miatas scattered about the streets of Somerville, any of 'em miataturbo-ers?

It also so happens that I live with fussball.biturbo. unfortunately, his Miata is NA. (Turbo this summer fussball?)
