Default Miata noob from norcal

Its about time I made an intro thread.

I bought a 2000 Mazda Miata LS (MT) with 52k miles from an insurance auction around November of 2009.

Here are the auction pics.










and here are some progress pics.










I still need to find a front bumper reinforcement, bumper cover and paint it...

This will be my daily driver and I plan to turbo it eventually...

just thought I'd share.

Good grab, dude. The rad had to be fuxored, was anything else touched in the wreck? Get a great deal on it?

the radiator wasn't too bad but I replaced it anyways since I found one for $60

$1600 + dealer/auction fees = $1,900.
