If you plan on replacing it, do yourself a favor and buy it back from the insurance company and pull as much out of it as you can. You can use the left over insurance money to buy a new car and you will have your old drivetrain etc ready to swap over. This way you can have a spare motor ready to build for when you get really power hungry. Plus, unless I am mistaken the SE comes with a 6 speed as well correct? Did it also have big brakes?

 

Thanks guys. Current plan might be to leave Miatas for a brief bit. Going to try to get insurance to cut a check for the stock vehicle, then let me pull off my parts to return it to stock. Supercharger, BBK, exhaust, sways, etc. Between stock price and selling parts, I should come out okay and finance a new car. I liked this one, but it sucked for winter driving. I want to get an NA as a secondary fun tinkering car.
