Hey guys!

I'm Steven. Currently a licensed broker in the financial field, but always had an affinity to miata's. Recently purchased an 04 mazdaspeed miata as a bit of a project. I currently reside in Boca Raton, but spent the majority of my life down in Miami. I've been lurking on here for the better part of year absorbing all the good info on here. The car has the standard fare of Flyin' Miata goodies and the long-term plan is to slowly build it for weekend track/toy duty. I have some experience tuning the hondata kpro from 10 years back on my old k24/GT3076 accord build and am hoping to dust off some major cobwebs when i get around to picking up a ms3 and a set of flow force 640cc injectors for the car. Shooting to make 200-210whp or so and more importantly learn and have fun with the car. Pics to come a little later when I'm home.

Looking forward to continuing to learn since there's an insane amount of info on this website and eventually get back into a few autox and HPDE events down here. RIP my wallet in the meantime.

-Steven

Welcome to the forum. There's a few others here on the forum who are regular track rats from Florida.

We look forward to meeting you.

Thanks. Excited to get back into this again. In the interim, the car is still in a few pieces while I address a few issues with the car that I'm slowly working on.

There's an insane amount of info on here, almost to the point that newbies don't really have to post much since it seems just about everything to know is out there. Enjoying going through the various builds, getting ideas and putting together a long term plan for the car. Should be good time

That's my old neck of the woods! Still have all my family down there and go down frequently (el palacio de los jugos & morro castle > anything up in boca lol). Good to see another Hialeah member on here.

I'm Hugo, I do the same type of work as you and also have an affinity to Miata's ( I owned one a while back but sold it to pursue other fun hobbies but now I am looking to get back into the Miata scene) - I'm from Seattle but live in Miami now... The Miata I previously owned was just a weekend fun toy with no mods so I am here to learn, buy my next Miata and get to making some horsepower! Let me know if you want meet up sometime and wrench on yours.
