Greetings from Nashville
Hi everyone, I'm Mike Carpenter. I work for Dell. Moved to Nashville from Pittsburgh in '06 and got my first Miata in '08. I'm currently on my second, a '91 Mariner Blue, which is my daily driver and autocross / trackday car. You might already know me from other Miata sites, but thanks for looking anyhow.
The '93 1.6 in my car is pretty healthy compared to my previous 1.6, i'd imagine it would put down right around 100whp.
I joined up to (surprise?) get some better info on turbo setups. Currently I'm the slowest turtle on the track at trackdays, and I'd eventually like to add a DIY kit to my car; the goal being to have about the 150whp that my old neon had. Hopefully the economy picks up, my wife finds a job, and I get a little bit of disposable income to make this actually happen.
Photo and video time!

Welcome, i bet the speedway was a good change from the parking lot autocrosses. I'm yet to make one of the open track days yet and doubt I will anytime soon now that I'm in Auburn. Great looking car, welcome to the forum.

Hey Mike, fancy meeting you here. Warning: boost is addictive, you will never be happy at 150 whp. Ask me how I know.
