Decided to make another Meet and Greet since I haven't been on here for almost a year. Sold my 91 Miata back in November of last year for a 08 WRX, sadly it got totaled due a deer/tree combo that didn't work out well. Ended up splitting my turbo in half, torqued the motor back on itself, snapped some mounts on my motor and tranny, shattered my windshield, and both air bags. It was only a 25-30 mph impacted too, the car held up well, my wife and I didn't get hurt besides a rash from the air bags and bruised from the seat belt. Anyways fast forward, I picked up a 05 Rx-8 to replace that. But I was still missing the Miata... so today I put a down payment/transfer fee to get a 2005 MazdaSpeed Miata in Velocity Red shipped to me. It will be here some time in the next 14 days. Plan to autocross and track the Miata with a friend of mine. We have both been wanting to get into track days.
