For that price I'd get the BEGi shanghai, an ebay fmic, and MS.
Greddy kits used to be popular and are still decent, but you'll end up replacing everything but the turbo on it. Everyone that has/had one ended up replacing almost the whole kit withing a short period of time.
Welcome btw

I have an intercooler waiting for me and am gonna buy the MS PNP within the week
and for the manifold and downpipe my buddy is gonna make them... that's why i kinda leaned towards the greddy, but i see that you're in Sac, i'm down in the east bay, do you go to the 1/4 mile track or do autoX or both?

Seriously. Get a nice turbo, and just put together the whole kit yourself. You're just wasting money on stuff that you won't even use.
that's true, they'll be back-ups haha... and i've heard the 15g is alright up to 7psi, and planning on rebuilding an engine and grab a 18g from my friend and goin from there...
I was just really excited about boost lol

The 15g is good for more than 7psi. Its a decent turbo from what people report about it.
Its everything else that's crap. You'd waste 1300 plus change on a turbo, since pretty much everything else in that kit you'd throw away since you'll have your own stuff.
If you want to waste so much money why not just buy an awesome turbo for like 800? And put the remaining 500 toward other stuff you'll need like clutch and rear end?

The Greddy kit is good for more than 7 psi, and it's very true that you'll need to replace damn near everything. It would make zero sense for you to spend $1300 for, basically, a turbo since you're replacing everything else. You need to go the DIY route.
See this is EXACTLY WHY YOU SHOULD DO RESEARCH AND NOT MAKE STUPID PLANS WHEN YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU WANT TO DO TO YOUR CAR.
Read all the build threads. Read all the stickies and FAQ's. Do research. End up with a decent setup.
Jumping onto a "setup" you think will be cool without research will waste lots of your time/money and you will end up with crap.
Good luck
