Hello all,

Im about to buy a Miata NA from 1996 with 235000 km on it or 146000 miles since most here are from USA and im from Norway :P is that a high milage to start turbo it? Engine and all are stock. Tips and every info is greatly apprichiated to help out a beginner like me

Hello.

Build a new motor on the side, play with tuning on your stock old motor. When you are confident, play with tuning in your new motor.

Miata engines are strong for 300,000 miles if oil is changed regularly. If the engine is good, add a turbo.

Put your location in your profile so it shows under your screen name when you post. Cars are built differently for different locations.

We already have members from Norway here.

I am Norwegian. Yes. Turbo is the answer. Then a bigger turbo.

Oke Thanks man. Sadly there is snow here in Norway atm so i cant stand the cold working out in the garage Hope summer hits soon then im off!
