Hi everyone. Last year I bought back the '99 Miata that I had given to my son during his years at Virginia Tech. He had been rear-ended and he needed something more practical for his girl friend, dog and stuff. The Christmas before we replaced the OEM top with a Cloth unit. We had our moments during the install, but never lost our tempers, just a lot of fun. I have fixed accident damage and redid the interior complete with Katzkins leather seats. I am going to start a complete brake job next, but first I will be powder coating the calipers and rotors. Completed the rears, turned out pretty good, these weekend I will complete the fronts. The Miata has 177K with the original clutch, that's next and I can't wait. I just finished building my Dream Garage (32x46) complete with lift.
