Default HEllo New miata driver here! help with turbo!

I just bought an 02 miata mx5 1.8l and im looking at for affordable turbos i dont race or anything i know no one recommends ebay but i havent found this kit in the threads... can someone tell me there opinion? and what would i need to buy on top of this kit? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-05...item4ceaf51df4

all i can see is people saying NOT to buy kits... how much would i look to pay for one of these kits that i SHOULD buy?

A good kit is gonna cost you 2500-3000 bucks
just for a pretty basic (but very high quality) setup

ok how about this... i get 10,000 in september... til then could you list what i can do to prepare my vehicle for a turbo kit? exhaust? ect.
