Default Herro!

Yo my name is Chris I own a lightly modded and tuned 07 Wrx. I have been working on cars since I was 16 and now I am almost thirty ouch!! Any how I am here to learn about the Miata, my father owns a 2004 Mazda Speed Miata and its a sharp car. I will be the person maintaining it and he wants me to see what can be done as far as upgrades in the future. So I am here to learn and read your forums.

I will posts some pics soon!

Welcome!
I highly recommend learning as much as you can about the Megasquirt and then eventually building yourself a standalone MS2 or DIYPNP fully suitable for the 04 Mazda Speed Miata. This is if you want to make more than 200whp on your listed miata, (which everybody knows that you do). From experience, the first thing you need to make any kind of power is: a wideband oxygen sensor, and a fully programmable ECU. Get the car running real good on that setup first, and then worry about upgrading things like turbos and injectors. You will save yourself a lot of time and money right from the get go, and you will learn a whole lot before you go and make the mistakes that some of us did. Where are you from?
