Default Motorcity miata running from the v8's

yO wUz Up all... can U tEllZ me the uber 2F2F turbo "sticker" package so I can bEAT all Da v8's....

.....'Runs for cover"... I keeed, I keeed.

I just wanted to pop in and give an official hello to everyone, at Sams suggestion

I am new to the Miata, I bought it to replace a totaled 2000 Subaru Impreza with a complete 2002 WRX drivetrain swap, I guess Hummers don't have to stop for red lights.

So here I am searching and reading in an effort to feed my boost addiction. I hope that knowledge and finances come together in a perfect storm of boost insanity.

Can't see the pics unless you're a member... but the link works.

Nice "first" post, you'll fit in nicely.

In order to get the actual pictures to appear, use [img] brackets.

Don't forget the forwardslash / in the last img box.

danke, when the time and funds are right I will have another one. Most well rounded car I have ever had. Bang for the buck they are hard to beat.

It has been a hard adjustment going from that to the Miata

haha I know exactly what you mean. I like the miata overall: very small and fun, tossable, handles great, etc....but the torque/awd of the subaru is something ill always miss. feeling the wave of 340+wtq at just over 3400 rpm daily driving was addicting.

Yea, I can see the miata being a fun car, but around here it would need another 10K invested into it to get there. We just don't have the roads to appreciate a well turning slow car.

The only small joys you get are from short blasts of power, as I live on a grid system of roads... :(

that's why they have race tracks Welcome. Miata looks sweet, though it's a shame it took killing the subie to make it happen.

Corrected for accuracy...ahhem.

Nice looking Miata, looks pretty clean, I like the wheels a lot...go well with the black.

Nice Subby too, I always had a thing for the 2 door Impreza...always wanted one to play with, but I would basterdize it into a rally ride.
