Well, first of all, save up. Don't waste money on intakes or anything you won't need when you do go turbo.

If I were in your shoes, I'd sell the 10ae for a regular 99, like mine. Mine is a base model, and I bought it for 5712 cash in August of last year. Im sure your AE is worth more than that today. That would put some cash in your pocket. My suggestion is to read every faq you can find on the forum, and do lots of research and decide what your gonna do to get boosted. The Begi S kit is the best quality value kit out there for entry level boost. However, you could go DIY turbo for the same money and make more power.

 

Lazzer turbo'd his Miata for $150. You can too. His secrets are deeply embedded in hundreds of pages of threads describing his projects in deep detail. Very interesting reads.
