You're not a newb, you're a car and bike guy that just found this forum.

Looks like you've got some prior turbo experience...what are your hp goals with the Miata? Daily driver, badass street machine, or going to track it in some manner?

Welcome.

here she is the day i got her right now she stripped down on jackstands working on getting the body straight then reshoot her black cherry. right now main goals are for a mild build "still have a ton of reading to do". sticking with a dsm turbo something i know but have a fresh evo8 turbo. going with a megasquirt for management no hurry of it all shes going to be is a fun little weekend toy that has to be reliable enough to jump it and take 1500 miles trips at any givin time. i dont want a monster i take out and have to tow home.

Welcome aboard browning. Nice project you have there

I can surely see you know what you're doing so I'll keep my suggestions to a minimum.

Based on your above quote I would tell you to search about these cars' cooling issues. A rather simple "coolant reroute" will take care of that.

Enjoy your stay

Salem Arkansas??? I used to talk to a hot preachers daughter there.

The motor is good for 250 dependably to the ground. That is equal to a 425hp camaro.

You may think about turbo'ing the motor you have, until you build another one. Atleast there would be no down time.

How much power you want, or building for?

I'll be the first to say it, use these: ".,?!' please. Welcome, you seem very turbo savvy, however your posts are very difficult to read since they have no punctuation, and that WILL make any problems you have difficult to diagnosis and treat. Thankfully you seem to have decent spelling, and have been using complete words. Yay.

Thats cool. I don't remember her name. I just talked to her a couple of times at church connventions. That was like 7 years ago. LOL

My dad was a preacher too. Her dad preached at the Church of God of Prophecy. I'm not for sure which one she lived in.

It's a small world.

I grew up in Texarkana, Ar.
