Default Hi all, I'm "that guy" with the e30

Bow before my join date.

Tl:dr I had a '93 LE back many years ago. I'm too tall to really comfortably drive a Miata, especially with a helmet on. Got an e30, but still love Miatas and especially the type of enthusiasts they tend to attract--I like to go fast. I've been attending Miatas at the Gap regularly for a few years now, I'm sure I know or at least recognize some of you guys.

So, here I am to pollute your forum with my elitist, German opinions. Hi all!

I'm 6'3" and I like driving better when I can turn the wheel without my hands hitting my knees.

Well I'm 6'5" and 280, don't have that problem. Also have full cage and hard top. You just have to get the right parts and put them together the right way...

See, you're just jealous that I'm one month more OG than you. I'm probably way more gay, as well.

I dunno, I've sat in a variety of Miatae with some or all of the big-man mods. Rear humps deleted, Kirkey, 350mm wheel, etc. Without moving the steering column up and/or cutting up the floor pan, I don't see how it's possible without compromising somewhere. I know I'd never be as comfy as I am in my e30.

Plus, y'know, Geman cars are better.
